Your Customers' Own Currency

PetGroomBossPro bills customers in their own currency. A groomer in Canada bills in Canadian dollars, a groomer in Australia in Australian dollars, a groomer in the UK in pounds. Your service prices, add-on prices and size pricing on the booking page are set in the currency your customers pay in, and invoices show it.

Addresses, Maps and Routes

Mobile grooming lives on addresses. Client addresses go on the map in each of these countries, so Pending Jobs, auto-routing, van GPS on the office map and the customer app's live map all work wherever your vans drive. Imported client lists come in through CSV import, and imported addresses are placed on the map automatically.

Sales Tax

Invoices carry line items and sales tax. Tax rules differ between countries and often within them, so set up the tax you charge to match where you work. What you are required to charge is between you and your accountant; the software gives you a place to put it on the invoice.

Texting

This is the one place where the countries differ. The monthly text allowance that comes with each plan, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 texts sent and received on Start, Pro and Crew, covers the US and Canada. Grooming vocabulary varies a little by country, and so do services. Because you build your own service list and add-ons, you can name them the way your customers do. If your customers say “full groom” or “full clip,” use that. The software uses your list, not a fixed menu.
